SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The use of the Site by any persons, hereinafter the « Users », whatever the purpose of their visit, is governed by these terms of use, hereinafter the « Terms of Use ». The Terms of Use are intended to define the conditions of access, navigation and use of the Site. By accessing and visiting the Site, Users acknowledge to have read the Terms of Use and accept them fully and without reservation.

Ardesia Studio reserves the right to adapt or modify the Terms of Use at any time and without notice by posting a new version on the Site. The applicable Terms of Use are those in force on the date of accessing the Site. If any of the clauses of the Terms of Use are deemed null or void by a competent Court, the other clauses shall remain valid.
 

SITE CONTENT

The Site presents the products and services offered by Ardesia Studio. It does not allow for online purchases.

The products are presented on the Site in accordance with current regulations. The Site lists the prices and main characteristics (including dimensions, types of wood, materials and finishes) for Ardesia Studio products. The photographs shown on the Website have no contractual value.

Ardesia Studio and all the other companies that are involved in the design, creation and publishing of the Site strive to ensure the accuracy and regular updating of the information found on the Site. Due to the number of criteria that can impact the prices (size, choice of fabric, etc.), Ardesia Studio cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information mentioned on the Site. Only the information communicated in the official quote has a contractual value. Ardesia Studio reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to the product(s) and services listed on the Site at any time. As a result, Ardesia Studio may correct or modify the Site’s content at any time, including the Product prices, without any liability being incurred as a result.
 

USE OF THE SITE

Each User of the Site guarantees to only use the Site for lawful, private and personal purposes. The Site shall not be used for commercial purposes. It also guarantees that the information and data it provides are accurate, truthful and up-to-date.

Each User agrees to comply with all current laws and regulations.

Ardesia Studio may at any time terminate a User’s right to access the Site if he/she does not comply with the Terms of Use or if he/she affects the content or image of the Site and/or Ardesia Studio, without prejudice to any damages that may be sought.

When using the Site, Users may be required to provide Ardesia Studio with certain personal data (name, email address, telephone number, etc.), including when filling in the “newsletter” or “contact” forms on the Site.

COOKIES

THE TERMS OF USE ARE GOVERNED BY PORTUGUESE LAW.

Any dispute relating to the Terms of Use or any use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese Courts, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or the introduction of third parties.
